Thailand 2012

My recent trip to Thailand was the best of what GNTTP is about. Aside from an inner ear infection which left me deaf for a few weeks, it was a good experience from beginning to end.

Here are some of the highlights:

~ After a 20 hour flight, Sean picked me up at the airport in Chaing Mai and we joined eight jazz musicians for a long drive to the mountains on the Thai-Burma border. We went in 4x4 trucks loaded down with musical equipment and generaters.
